I made these for an all-girls V-day party. I decided to make a box of cupcakes that had all of my favorite elements of Valentines Day--chocolates, hearts, and roses! I think it ended up looking like a beautiful box of chocolates!
I got the idea for the brownie cupcakes from the February issue of Martha Stewart Living. I used a cookie cutter to cut out the brownies and I put them atop a creamy pale pink buttercream...YUM!
A friend of mine works in the casinos. She had a meeting thanking her employees for a job well-done. We made casino cupcakes for the event.
Cupcakes for the breast cancer bake sale through the Women's Law Caucus. I handmade each ribbon. All the proceeds from the bake sale went to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Marie's birthday cake. She couldn't decide on what flavor was her favorite...so I did a layer of vanilla, chocolate, and chocolate chip. Covered with truffle frosting.

These are Easter cupcakes I took to Jim and Deb's Easter dinner last year. I used the bunny peeps held up with a toothpick. I piped on the green buttercream with the grass tip.
